Shipping policy

All of our items, with the exception of merchandise, are custom made to order and as such it may take us some time to build and send you your order. Wait times can be accentuated by lack of supplies from distributors and backordered items such as certain speaker models, grill cloths, stains, etc... We will do our best to keep you updated on your order throughout the build and shipping process. As soon as we finish building your order we will pack it, ship it, and send you an email with a tracking number. Thanks!
